Terms
All rates are inclusive of English breakfasts.
Breakfast served between 8.30 - 9.30a.m.
Bookings must be confirmed with a deposit.
.BOOKING CANCELLATIONS:
Where a confirmed booking is cancelled with 14 days clear notice
prior to your scheduled arrival date there is no charge and any
deposit paid will be refunded in full.
If less than 14 days notice is given the deposit is
forfeit unless we are able to re-book the room then there is no
charge and any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
We will try our best to re-let the room.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
PayPal is accepted over the Internet.
We do not accept cheques.
Our house is a completely NON SMOKING area. No pets please, we
have a cat.
Check in time is usually between 5 - 7 p.m. or by prior
arrangement
Check out time is 10.30a.m. on day of departure.
